Welcome to the forum and good morning from South Shields. You have joined a fantastic forum with some extremely knowledgeable members who always seem to be on hand to help.
My advice would be read the manual in its entirety at leat twice and don't be afraid to ask any questions you have.Get yourself into a big open space and stick with beginner mode for a few flights until you are familiar with all the functions.
Most importantly fly safe but have fun.The Mavic is amazing, you are going to love it more and more every time you fly.
Enjoy.[emoji106]
