No fly zone question

I bought a mavic pro several months ago. I picked up a mavic pro about 3 months ago which i love, i have had many hours of fun learning and feel confident flying it. I work as a gardener for a private house in which their house and grounds are a mile or so away from Duxford war museum where obviously there is an airfield. the whole of the village of duxford is classed as a no fly zone yet surely with permission from my boss (the owner of the property) i could use the drone to get some cool shots of their garden. I would of course stay below tree level in the garden but really could i get in trouble if i had the owners permission and stayed below the height of their tallest trees (which are about 100ft high). why not do this. either call or go visit them at duxford and talk to the controllers.
Worse case you will need to speak with them whenever you take off or they can clear your operations.
