Only records 4gb at a time! why and how to fix

Hey guys my set up I'm only able to records 4gb at a time with comes our to 9 minute with my setup. when I'm flying on the screen shows to full time that I have been flying like 20min + but when on the sd card its only 4gb at a time. any idea how I can fix this

This is how almost every consumer video camera works. The SD card is formatted using FAT32, which is limited in how large a single file can be - 4GB max. You can string the clips together in any video editing software and render a full length version of your videos.

I think the Mavic supports ExFAT, which allows files larger than 4gb. You can try formatting the SD to ExFAT from your favorite disk management tool.

It still splits in 4GB files in ExFAT.

Just join the files in your favorite editor.
