Little to no maintenance most of the time.
Had one Phantom that got arm cracks in the shell, still under warranty, DJI replaced the shell for free.
Had one set of Mavic props bent out of shape due to taking in and out of the case. Just replaced them.
My biggest worry is battery condition. I routinely review the batteries after flights using AirData.com
