Someone have a potential release date for Mavic 2 ? This quarter ? before june ?

Almost certainly before 2019, or 2020. But maybe 2022.

It was widely believed the MP was rushed out to beat the GoPro Karma
Probably this year and Late Spring or before Christmas sales are popular options

Now they have released the Mavic Air I'm not sure they is going to be a Mavic 2 in its current form

I imagine it will be by Q2. They’ll time the release to beat Autel’s release of their Evo. Same strategy like DJI did with GoPro.

Poor GoPro. They never had a chance... I think they would have recovered even with the battery fail if it were not for the Mavic’s debut...

I think Autel and DJI are watching each other’s market moves. Autel said they are tweaking the EVO. It’s probably to compete with knowledge they have on Mavic 2 (or whatever name DJI will call it). 2018 will give us viable choices provided there are no critical hardware/software failures.

the MP2 will be announced at the same time as the Evo, but we wont get it in our hands until 12 months later! It will be the same scam that they pulled with the Karma knowing they aren't production ready.
