Precision landing.

Sometimes I get the precision landing check box and sometimes not.
What criteria must be met in order to get the pl check box?

Perhaps ambient light? I always have the check box. Using FW .900 and DJI Go 4 4.1.3

From my experience, you have to have a good GPS signal.

The last firmware update turned off my VPS and I didn't get the precision landing checkbox until I turned it back on.

Precision landing require both gps, and some form of identifiable pattern on the group to work well. It'll first rise up to 9m above the ground, read the take off site before u do whatever you want.

Something that confused me a few times was that when I put my controller in a case it was knocking the Sport Mode switch into SPORT. I’m pretty sure that disables the Precision Landing option so might be worth checking?
