Problems with photos saving to memory card/DJI App

Hi All, I've had my Mavic a few months now and one problem than continually comes up is that I've shot around 90 photos yesterday and half end up on the memory card, but I'm pretty sure all of them end up on the DJI App. I took about 45 shots before running low on battery, swapped battery and took another 45 odd. The second round of 45 and about 5 from the first round were on the memory card, but most if not all ended up on the App. Anyone who has any solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
