When I have a map requiring a battery change, after restarting the aircraft, Pilot2 shows RTK status as Not Connected.

The only way to get it to reconnect to the NTRIP server is to close and reopen Pilot2. It the immediately starts connecting.

This seems to have changed with the latest firmware.

Yep, it has been my experience that you must restart everything after a battery change to get RTK restarted. It has always been that way for me.

Instead of closing&reopening Pilot2, try just tapping SAVE in the RTK TRIP config.
On my M3T and M3M it reconnects automatically after a battery change, BUT if I loose internet connection (rural area), I have to press SAVE in the RTK NTRIP config (no need to restart anything). If internet has returned, it will reconnect, otherwise I have to keep pressing SAVE untill internet is back again (it won't reconnect on its own).
