I recently drove in and around the NRQZ. There is an active base there, but I was shocked to see it listed as class g and no restrictions, NOTAMs or TFR. Am I missing something here? Can anyone clarify. I see little to no information about this area. Picture attached. Thanks

It's an active radio station, not an air base.

The front entrance is heavily guarded. Classification of what it is aside, I just find it astounding that I could fly in and around that area, that won’t let me step foot across the boundary lines.

DJI Drones have no penatrating radar to see what is inside a building. Pull up Google Earth and you can see what the drone sees.

Correct, but at an active NSA listening facility I find it hard to believe that I wouldn’t be stopped and questioned about my activity and then told to stop flying regardless of what the regulations say. I wouldn’t be asking, if I found that someone had flown there before, but I have found no video online that shows someone flying directly over it.
