If you’re shooting video the sequential write speed is one of the most important figures. In real life use the quoted figures are around 10% higher than real world use. The read speed is less important if you are transferring files to a computer for viewing rather than directly from the SD card.

The Extreme Plus is barely any faster than the Extreme but quite a lot more expensive. The Extreme is more than enough for any video format your camera can use.

Both are faster than the drone needs.
You won't get any benefit from the faster card.
