Using DJI Pilot on DJI Smart Controller RM500

I haven't used my DJI Mavic 2 EA for close to three years. When I power up the controller it wants me to enter my email or phone number, and password. I enter the password I have previously used and it says "Incorrect Password" How do I rectify this problem. There is no option for "Forgot Password". How and where can I access my password in DJI Pilot or controller to change it? Thanks.

I clicked on your link, but once there I couldn’t figure out where to go. Somewhat confusing because I couldn’t find anything that lead me to reset my password. Could you please resend link that drills down to specific location. Thanks.
