Flying FPV and a fast racingdrone is no problem for a skilled pilot to achieve that.
There were a couple of shots that the pilot should have "rolled" with the coaster...

Just found this which is pretty much an ad for DJI's new goggles. There is someone riding a roller coaster track right in the first couple of minutes.
