I inserted my newest fully charged battery into the Mavic 2 Pro and the controller says not enough charge available for flight. It won't start yet the battery lights indicate a full charge. No firmware update warnings as well. Thoughts? Thanks!

I purchased a set for my MA and they are less noisy but I get a motor current error message after takeoff. I clear it and it returns a few minutes later. The manufacturer was very helpful during troubleshooting but was unable to resolve the problem.
