    Thanks for your response to my posting on the Gimball Camera Lens fault. However, I tried unsuccessfully to attach a video file but I got an error message indicating incorrect file extension. My file was an mp4. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    John, I got the file and looked at it. I pretty sure it is a defect in the lens. Hopefully still under warranty.
