Finally, after a few weeks DJI were able to send me a brand new battery in exchange for the faulty one. Customer service was excellent [emoji1303]

Wee update.. I sent the battery to DJI a few days ago and now they’re taking a look at it. They will send me a new battery free of charge.

Location is Lough Foyle, N/Ireland.

77 years later and the wreckage remains..

I will be sending the faulty battery to DJI this week. Will give you an update as soon as they get back to me.

I take it you had to return the battery? They sent me a UPS label so I can send back the faulty battery. Will send it back in Monday.

I ordered from Currys PC World, came in a few days. Usually decent delivery times with Currys. I remember when I was purchasing a Mavic Mini from the DJI store over a year ago then discovered it’d take a while, so cancelled the delivery and placed an order with Currys. Amazon is another place...

I presume it’ll be a free replacement? I’ve submitted my case and they’re on to it, just hope it’s a quick and easy process.

Yeah, i’ve contacted DJI. I didn’t buy directly from DJI but I take it they’ll still replace it?

Yeah, some of it was helpful. But there’s nothing about drone’s automatically starting up as soon as a battery is connected.
