With video file errors i'd start with trying another SD card.

You can with Litchi, but it's all done by the app itself, not the drone. Same with waypoints. You can't create a waypoint mission that would take you out of signal range as the app is doing all the flying.

What evidence do you have for this? The resolution of my videos straight from my SD card are 3840x2160. The native resolution of the cmos sensor is 4000x3000, which is available for photographs. If anything, the 4K video is slightly downscaled.

Video on my Mini 2 comes out at 3840x2160, which is 4K resolution. The original Mini and the SE have 2720×1530 resolution, which is 2.7K. I don't know where you got your resolutions from, but they're wrong.

DJI Pilot isn’t the right app for a Mini 2. You need to use DJI Fly.

Could the better accuracy without Precision Landing on the Mini 2 be down to the Mini 2 being compatible with the Galileo satellite navigation system? As I understand it, it’s more accurate than Glonass and GPS.

Are you on iOS or Android? I’ve had no issues on 1.4.8 on iOS, but it seems like most people who are reporting issues are on Android.
