I'm having the same problems as OP. But I think it is my mobile. It is not in compatible list. My mobile is a Samsung S20+ and after I update to Android 11 I got disconections every time.

I made a post at dji forum yesterday and a dji user answear me. He told that my mobile is not in the list as compatible, so some problems may occur... Well, now I have to buy a new mobile for my wife and use her S8+ for drone...

Yes it is on dji list and works fine. I flew 2 battery with my wife's mobile and I have no problem. No Crash and no corrupt cache file.

I have this problem too. I'm using Mavic Air 2 with Samsung S20+ with Android 11 and DJI Fly App version is 1.2.4. I know that S20+ is not in dji list that is compatible... My wife S8+ works fine. Cache is not recording and show all files with 0kb and corrupted. Even so the app crash a lot...
