    Bricked my Mavic Pro

Yup. You may need to connect to DJI assistant first before dumldore after inserting the formatted SD card toverify the drone with DJI (guess as many companies will do this to prevent pirating of their tech)

If by “delete” you mean “format” then this is another issue. If you just deleted all the files, that is wrong. You must FORMAT

Try this: 1. format the SD card with your PC 2. put the formatted and empty SD card back in the powered down drone 3. then turn it on and attempt connecting to PC

I can’t remember. It was 2 years ago. Have you opened the drone up and removed the internal SD card (not the one for videos)

If not then your problem is something different

    Bricked my Mavic Pro

You’re lucky I had email notifications turned on or else I would’ve never looked back at this 2 year old thread. The internal SD card is for FIRMWARE PARAMETERS not for THE FIRMWARE. The actual firmware is stored on a non removable chip. The new firmwares (can’t remember starting from which...

    Bricked my Mavic Pro

No one ever said to do that. LOL. Have another read through the forum before you attempt to fix it. You just have to erase the data on the internal SD card and proceed as usual.

Yeah. My cooling fan wasn’t working either when it was bricked. Removing the internal SD card will fix your problem

New Drone laws in Mexico--Tourists can't use drones after 12/1/18

Where can I find the actual laws? I’m going on December 25, 2018. I want to know if it’s a good idea to take my drone. I’m using for personal use and it weighs 600 grams.

    Bricked my Mavic Pro

I don’t remember. I had no connection to remote. No wifi broadcast. No USB connection. Yellow flashing light. Mavic wouldn’t turn off after turning on (I just had to pull out the battery). I never looked at the gimbal. Bind button light was unresponsive.

Open the Mavic up and remove the internal SD card. Then, with the internal SD card still out, flash the latest firmware. The older firmwares will not install without an internal SD card but the new ones will. Can’t remember which ones so just flash the latest. You can break the anti downgrade...

    Firmware best choice

Are you using a mixed firmware? What OS is on your phone? Are you using the latest DJI GO 4 App? All those could affect the video. For me, I run 03.0900 with iOS and the latest DJI GO 4. .0900 worked better than .0400 on the latest DJI GO 4 on iOS with no mixed firmware. I'm running straight up...
