Big Brother will be watching ... Unbelievable, and hopefully will not be implemented!

I may be mistaken, but It looks like the actual proposed rules won't be public until 12/31 and then comments will be taken...We all need to be sure to make our "comments" known.

LETS SEE YOUR BEST PICS OR VIDEOS

Interesting article I was unaware of. Would I go to court over it? Seems like the USFS makes their own rules all of the time. I tend to respect local opinion, tho, as an occasional visitor. But on that line, if local opinion was respected there would be no tour helicopters or bi-plane rides.

Every trail head says drones prohibited, as do all Forest Service publications. Also any flight within 5 miles of an airport is prohibited regardless. I'd love to fly there, but I go out of town to the west past the prohibited zones for flying.

LETS SEE YOUR BEST PICS OR VIDEOS

Hate to be the downer with reality, but like so many magnificent places, UAV's are prohibited all throughout Sedona Red Rock Country... They are probably afraid you'll get in the way of one of the way-too-many tour helicopters already ruining the solitude. (And it is all within 5 miles of the...

    Chasing advice from other members

I had not flown quads but got a great deal on a Pro from Costco. It has many safety features that make it as easy to fly as any, IMHO. Take your time and read the info and watch the videos and start slow. You've got an advantage by having this forum at your fingertips. There are two types of...

During the update, there is a note that " the update log is empty", even tho I've done all the updates.

Thanks, I had skipped some of those steps since all had worked fine for the first six or so flights. I did as you suggested and on restarting DJI go4 it said the firmware needs updating again, but it also always says that the update log is empty...is that normal?

Glad I found this Forum, thanks in advance for the help! And please point me to the correct threads if this Rookie is in the wrong place. I've had my Pro a few months now but only a few hours flight time, and in spite of my aged brain's delayed learning curve I had about gotten the hang of it...
