I’ve had that before and have had to replace the GPS/IMU board. Mine didn’t get anywhere close to 94% though. The fact that it’s calibrating in the wrong orientation indicates that the IMU is broken.

Ali express has new cables. Anything you get already attached to the vision sensors will probably be used. My opinion is that used stuff is more likely to work because it’s been tested. If you replace the sensors you’ll have to recalibrate them with DJI assistant 2 consumer.

I’d return it if you can. If you can’t, DJI has this form. Fill it out and they supposedly email the previous owner and ask them to unbind it. I’ve never had it work but I still try.
