I know the mini 3 pro can shoot 48 MP photos, but i see you have to select the 48 MP option. Both the mini 3 and the mini 3 pro have the same size sensor So my question is to those of you who have utilized the 48 MP option: are you seeing a significant upgrade in quality/resolution or is there...
Great idea! Honestly i didnt think there was anything wrong with the props but i had to try if for no other reason than to rule it out. So far it seems that it might've cured the shimmying issue. So far so good.
Thanks for the info! Finally out of frustration (and with good lighting) i got them all off and replaced with new. Definitely making me re-think the whole mini route. Thanks again!
I have been experiencing occasional vibration in my mini 3, so i am looking to change the props. The only problem is i cannot unscrew the screws attaxhing the existing props. Any recommendations as to how to get tgese off without stripping the heads?
I didnt think it made sense! Also, i know my Smart Controller is an Android system so i was thinking that with the Smart Controllers becoming more available price-wise that someone started reading too much into it.
a rumor gets halfway around the world…
(and that wqs before the internet!)
I recently heard that DJI is moving away from being compatible with iOs in favor of Android. Does anyone know where this is coming from and if theres any truth in it?
I only just recently tried using waypoints on the M3E and it has been VERY disappointing! Good thing i can use the M2Pro when i need a waypoint mission!
i paid 3x as much for the M3E and the more i use it, the less impressed i am.
I am having the same problem as well. Up until now, i used my M3E for mapping only and used waypoints on the M2P for site photos and video of flying the site.
with the M3E i can now use waypoints for getting the photos i want from week to week but not the video. Ill still need to use the M2P for...
It Worked!! Thank you!
Don’t know what I was doing wrong but everything worked like you said! THANK YOU!!
(I wonder why DJI didn’t tell me about that when I asked…?)
when flying the M3E in controlled airspace with FAA authorization and DJI approval, i am getting a ridiculous amount of an audible warning, over and over! A couple weeks ago, i was flying a little over 500’ AGL (with both FAA and DJI approval) but i was limited to a .05 NM radius ( +/- 303’)...
UPDATE FWIW-
working with their excellent product support, i now have WebODM working On the MacStudio, They were having a problem working with the M1 chip but have figured it out!
In the end, WebODM it is perfect for my needs, even on a Mac! The following has been my personal experience with...
FWIW- somebody once posted something that showed that with a M2P you could load the DJI Pilot App (the first one) and fly mapping missions with it.
also there is Map Pilot Pro, which is free- but i dont know if either of these can be used on a drone that doesnt have an SDK for 3rd party software.
