This proposal makes as much sense as one introduced in the Tennessee state legislature a few years ago. It was suggested that each classroom in the state should have a bucket of rocks. If a gunman got into the classroom, the kids could pelt him...

Thanks everyone for the insights! I’ll definitely keep these points in mind for future flights. I think I was a bit surprised because the drone has handled much tougher conditions without issue, so I might have built up a little too much trust...

The reason for this mishap was very likely the table surface... This from page 18 in the user manual. Just in the end of the landing the log shows that the VPS height disappears just before the drone tumbles over the edge of the table... this...
