It's not only the sensors when you grab it from below and try to pull it down it tries to maintain the same position so it automatically throttles up to climb
I've been flying mine in airplane mode for some time now and no issues. I know the distance isn't remotely close as advertised. At home furthest I could fly before complete signal loss was 2800 ft. That was in SC I'm now working in LI and I was able to get get out to 2 1/4 miles.

Thats when I would get the error, if I kept all the way up to just a little below center it was fine. Soon as I tilted it down the shake would make you dizzy. The short test I just did did not give me any errors through the range of the gimbal. Thank you for the fast response...
Bingo I found the problem BDOG just as you stated the gimbal came out from underneath that tab. I very gently was able to get it back underneath the tab. I put it up very briefly because it is quite windy here with the storm coming and the error is gone and no more shakey picture. All I can...
