I purchased the mini used and my phone is not compatible with dji fly app. So instead of paying 4 to 800 dollars for a device that is I was searching for an alternative. The rainbow app works good as I can tell. But they want $14.99 per year to use it. So i was wondering if anyone has tried it...

Has anyone found a way to fly Mavic Mini without the app, without buying a new phone? I tried Rainbow and it seems ok. At least I can use the drone. Any ideas? If I hadn't bought this drone used I would be really bugged.

I am unable to install DJI GO on anything I have. Is there something I could do. My phones have all the specs. It will download but not finish the installation. Any ideas on what to do? Do I need the go app for litchi?

What about the forward motion sensors are they not vulnerable to rain on the front cover?

I managed to download Google play on my fire 8 . I found it on the Mavic forum..It works fine but does not have a GPS. I don't know how it would work at a distance. If I find it I will share the details. Share something if you find out something.

I just downloaded go4 on my fire hd 8... I read that it was a bad idea to use this tablet..have you tried it and should I try it on my Mavic air ? It looks great otherwise

Hi I didn't expect the slip on type either they have felt on the inside I found em on Amazon in a 6 pack for 25$ . By NEEWER..I as well did not want to damage the camera.. apparently no idea how to get it off otherwise..

Hey everyone. Had anyone had experience with the NEEWER ND filters on the Mavic Air..I had trouble taking off the lens cap..only to find out the filters actually slip over the existing camera..they are not threaded..I STILL CAN'T TAKE OFF THE CAP. So I guess I'm doin ok

Hello from Albuquerque, Hey I had trouble as well..I received my set from NEEWER today and they seem to just slip over the camera nice and easy..No threads has anyone had these? Apparently I didn't need to remove the cover.
