You sure you got the right cable? Compare it to the one that DJI provides in the box. The connector on the end should be the same. USB C is the correct cable.

Unfortunately I did not read/learn about that until after this photo was taken so this was taken as a JPEG and edited as such. Going forward I have set the Photo settings to JPEG+RAW.
