Thoroughly disgusted with Dji. Taking forever to fix the drone, emails take 3-5 days to get a response, paid for care and still get a bill. Why the hell did I buy the insurance? N

Don’t see any issues with that, plugged and unplugged cable several times. Still no connection. Tried it with an iPad also, no luck. It’s a Mavic Air, iPhone 6 and tried on iPad. Same symptoms, just doesn’t link.

So I’m struggling lately with the system detecting the aircraft. Any thoughts? I step them the procedure in on the screen and it just never links. B

Hi all, Yes another newbie question........did a test flight today and took a video. I can view it on the iPad when everything is powered up but not sure how to download. There is no SD card in the drone. Thanks for your help in advance. B

Good advice. I’ve been reading through all sections of the manual. Quite a bit to digest and remember. Will do some short test runs to get the feel of the system. Thanks, B
