Detecting the aircraft, or not!

So I’m struggling lately with the system detecting the aircraft. Any thoughts?

I step them the procedure in on the screen and it just never links.

Don’t see any issues with that, plugged and unplugged cable several times. Still no connection. Tried it with an iPad also, no luck.

It’s a Mavic Air, iPhone 6 and tried on iPad. Same symptoms, just doesn’t link.

So the RC does not link to the Air? If so it is not a cable issue.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app has helped others with connection issues in the past, but since you have tried on differnet devices it's a shot in the dark. Make sure you are using the DJI Go 4 app with the air and not the older version. Make sure the selector switch is not set to WiFi. Recalibrate the compass after reinstalling the app. Try using the bottom USB port/with a different cable.
