just found this thread and was seeing if anyone has had the same problem as me. i know this thread is old but still hope for me i guess. this event happened around maybe 2022 or 2023. i was flying my Mavic Mini 1 in my room one day in a low altitude zone just to try and fly it indoors...

when i try reconnecting it after it disconnects, the computer tells me that the drone "the device" malfunctioned and that it does not recognise it

update. I have tried refreshing the firmware on the drone, i ended up finishing the download and transmitting part but the updating part is different. it would reach 99% or 100% but right before it can say it is completed, the drone turns off. anyone know why this happens? the aircraft still...

Sorry I havnt responded, I've only just got the chance to do it. So I'll update you I've downloaded the app and done all the steps you've told me to do but multiple things can happen. I'll list on what can happen The drone connects, I refresh the software and it goes through the downloading...
