QUESTION: Will I be able to charge the controller from the LOWER port or not?

I've sent a message to our local DJI repair specialists in South Africa to find out what their repair turnaround time would be, I'm awaiting their reply Monday morning...

Does the bottom connection WORK for charging the device? I broke my side-connecting port and URGENTLY need to charge my controller - I'm on holiday and missing out om beautiful photo opportunities :-(

OK, I've sorted out both my issues... I've also taken it up for a short 5min flight - all seems to be OK so far... ;-)
