Quadruple your photo resolution in Photoshop

I totally agree. Up resing a poor image (e.g. composition, exposure) isn't going to turn lead into gold.

Quadruple your photo resolution in Photoshop

FASTFJR: Please take a look at the article (the link in my original post) by Eric Chan. This does work to improve small pixel count images. I've now had the chance to test it in Camera Raw in Photoshop on small photos (e.g. from cell phones). It isn't necessary for images taken with my 7K pixel...

Quadruple your photo resolution in Photoshop

I totally agree. The new super resolution from Adobe in Camera Raw is going to help printing larger prints in cases where you have cropped way in (like. a flying bird) or for IPhone photos. Its not a panacea and won't fix errors or bad shooting behavior.

Quadruple your photo resolution in Photoshop

Right, sorry it was doubling length and width, so quadrupling the pixel count per phot.

Quadruple your photo resolution in Photoshop

Yes, that's why I posted it. I own a Mavic2 Pro and the landscape still images are wonderful, but I am keen to upsize and print larger versions. Should also be great for printing from iPhones and other smart phones. Enjoy. And- if you already have the current Photoshop it is better than paying...

Quadruple your photo resolution in Photoshop

Everyone, On/about March 12th Adobe upgraded Photoshop. One of the new features includes their Super Resolution enhancement. You can quadruple the pixels in any photo (RAW, jpeg etc.) without loss. Check it out...

2 Pro Flying Amongst the Rocks

Hi ddodell, Excellent footage! I live in Tucson, AZ. Is the area where you fly anywhere near Jomack Rd. in Scottsdale? I have a big native bee (Centris) nesting site (research study area) on private property along Jomack Rd. Just curious. There is also a country (?) park across the street but...

Big Birds in Area. Should I fly?

In southern AZ, Harris Hawks (which hunt in social family groups), red-tailed and other hawks will come near your drone and try to attack it. I had to land quickly once when a Harris hawk swooped at my drone (hovering only 20 - 30 feet up in the backyard taking some stills) and the bird landed...

    Does anyone use PhotoPills?

Yes, PhotoPills is a great and versatile application. I use it a lot for landscape photography with my Nikon D800 DSLR. Also for astrophotography. You can go into virtual reality mode, move your iPhone and see the position of the Milky Way and planets etc. Similar to SkyGuide in that respect...

Planning Drone Missions in Google Earth

I'm a Safari user so looking forward to that update in the future. Congratulations on creating this Chrome Google Earth plug-in that allows a UAS pilot to pre-plan a flight with such prevision, including the angle of camera views from the drone. I've never used Litchi but plan to get it. I...

    Long Distance Flight Scare

Carlos56- You were lucky. I lost my Mavic2 Pro (crashed in a very treacherous AZ badlands area near Winslow, AZ) in June. Signal loss and RTH never clicked in. Hovered until it sank into the dust. Posted my flight log and nobody here could figure out what happened, except perhaps an internal...
