I totally agree. Up resing a poor image (e.g. composition, exposure) isn't going to turn lead into gold.

FASTFJR: Please take a look at the article (the link in my original post) by Eric Chan. This does work to improve small pixel count images. I've now had the chance to test it in Camera Raw in Photoshop on small photos (e.g. from cell phones). It isn't necessary for images taken with my 7K pixel...

I totally agree. The new super resolution from Adobe in Camera Raw is going to help printing larger prints in cases where you have cropped way in (like. a flying bird) or for IPhone photos. Its not a panacea and won't fix errors or bad shooting behavior.

Yes, that's why I posted it. I own a Mavic2 Pro and the landscape still images are wonderful, but I am keen to upsize and print larger versions. Should also be great for printing from iPhones and other smart phones. Enjoy. And- if you already have the current Photoshop it is better than paying...
