I did a nice little 1,000 mile touring ride from Idaho up into Montana over the weekend. Brought the drone along, of course, and captured some of the beauty along the way.

In certain types of terrain I’d agree, but this was really gentle terrain near my home with almost zero chance of anything major like that happening

Looks great! I just set the active track, then pulled the joysticks off and put the controller back in the backpack. Then, I just looked around periodically (or listened) to make sure the drone was following me safely and accurately.
