While the FAA does not have jurisdiction over indoor space, there may be local laws that apply. The company doing the hiring may have commercial drone insurance that only covers pilots with their Part 107. They could also be making the... -

With any Job that has requirements you either meet them or not. It's not about if they apply to certain aspects of the work, what happens if they need you to do outside work in the NAS?
