Yes! F/2.8 is the sweet spot for sure! :)

I try to use a ND filter on a sunny day otherwise I feel the video works quite well without.

What doesn't work in the UK? Have you tried a service like restream.io?

Excuse my late response, but I was able to stream to my YouTube Channel without 1K subs by using restream.io which is a free service. Create an account, link your YouTube channel and use its RTMP info from your phone or Smart Controller, etc. :)
