Ok i figured out the Assistant 2 program. It’s a computer program i had to download. I connected my drone with battery 2 and under the firmware tab it showed that it was up to date. Will continue researching and let you know if i figure it out.
I have updated the firmware on all 3 batteries. It is very simple, once the controller/app connect to the drone, the home page of the app says you need to update the battery firmware. Firmware was updated on all 3 batteries and am still having the same issues on batteries 2 & 3.
I searched and did find related issues as far as having a limited distance and height but I have not found anything related to the batteries causing the issue. That doesn’t mean there isn’t one, i just have not been able to find it. yet!
Hello
I’m new to flying drones, i purchased my Mavic Air 2 last December 2020 with the fly more package. I numbered all 3 batteries and am having a difficult time figuring out why batteries 2 & 3 will not fly farther than 160’ with a max altitude of 98’. 1 can fly as far as the signal will allow...
I have the same problem but only with the extra batteries that came with the fly more . I numbered my batteries and have updated firmware on all 3 but still get the max flight and distance at 160’ & 98’.
