Recently I'm so inspired by this Nick Adams' NYE fireworks video, he shot in Phantom 4 Pro. So, I decide to do the same thing (if I could). Mine's Air 2S. Do you guys have any tips? What ISO, shutter speed should I set to? I will film everything in 4k 60fps Dlog.

Update 12/2/2021...
Just got the package from DJI, recorded entire unboxing just in case things go wrong... Drone looks brand-new, seriously doesn't look like a refurbished one. Package also came with a brand-new unopened battery. As expected, everything else is unchanged.

Just got an invoice from DJI and surprisingly they ended up replacing my original drone and the battery as the SN# showed up differently. SN# of everything else (charger, controller) remains the same.
Just wondering, could the drone they send me be refurbished?

Unfortunately after I sent DJI my drone, they told me they couldn't figure out the reason that caused the crash either. But they will offer me a free repair and do a thorough flight test before sending the drone back to me. I'm still a little upset they couldn't do a replacement...
The message is basically saying:
"Your controller isn't connected (to your phone?) and if you switch mode you will lose connection to the drone. Do you wanna continue? No. Yes."
Don't know why it appears in Chinese, could be a bug.
Thank you. But I'm hoping to get a free replacement. It hasn't been 15 days since I purchased it, the warranty should cover it for sure because it's likely the drone is defected.

I've already noticed some tumble/jerk during my 2nd flight with some spontaneous gimbal/cam tilting down issues, it was absolutely scary. So I decided to do some 1-meter hover to see whether the tumble/jerk continues to happen.

By looking at my log files I'm seeing some weird medium risk shocks. See pic below.
I also notice some abnormally high compass turn rate, which associate to row e and f above.

I just had my first flight yesterday and the 2nd flight today. Today was definitely too scary for me to handle.
I noticed twice or three times that the camera/gimbal suddenly tilted down during the flight, like it suddenly lost the force to point forward. I immediately called return...
