I would love to have more flight time from my Mavic 2, but I have to ask, it looks like in the picture above that the upwards obstacle avoidance sensor is covered by the battery plug. I am guessing you loose upwards collision avoidance with this mod???

The Little Mavic 1 Pro carrying case also works extremely well with the Mavic 2 Zoom. Some ND lens filters are quite nice when the sun is bright too.

I was too busy navigating the canyon to notice if there was GPS lock or not, the Mavic was close enough for a ground lock though, so flight was stable.

Hi, Yes return to home was set but at a high enough altitude to clear the canyon; however the canyon had overhang too.

Navigating a bending slot canyon is not easy. The video below is from my first day to carry a drone in a backpack up a ski lift. I successful carried it down a double black diamond run on my Snowboard without touching turf.
