What a great convo. I have absolutely no idea about any of this so it’s a good lesson to learn. I have flown over water and noticed it a little windier so kept it high. I really like the part about establishing the go home point it records and will make sure I give the drone chance to capture...
First flight photos. We haven't had very good weather here. I have also had it on beginner mode until I get to grips with the controls etc so these are literally point and shoot with some editing in Lightroom. A LOT to learn but pleased with the quality.
What a beautiful place. It’s so green.
Made me chuckle when you said Snellville Dead People in stead of cemetery. There is so much to learn.
I’m just pointing and shooting at the moment, like you say! Get a feel for things. haven’t a clue about the settings until I get the images in...
Tell you what’s really strange. It’s like looking at a mobile city. I noticed something similar with trees. I wonder why it feels that way to me. I guess it’s because they look so small on a screen. Great lighting considering.

Trying to insert card and it won’t stay in the slot, seems to be some spring inside that pushes it back out. Would have thought you could press it to stay in and press to release it. When I shut the cover (which I assume pushes it back in) the app says no sad card inserted.
Thanks for the tips. Now I just need some decent weather to go flying. Looks pretty calm at the moment but it’s only 7am anything can happen in the next couple of hrs ay.
