It seems that started to be a big problem around DJI users. The only logical solution is to take them DJI service right now. DJI doesn't allow it to be self repaired by users. Shame !

As i truly understand that, DJI has this software on their services but they didn't release it to public right ? Maybe 3rd party open source things may solve this later. There will be always a solution :D

But they released DJI Assistant 2 under Mini 3 Pro compability for vision sensor calibration. Maybe it is too early to talk about. Calibration can be done on Mini 3 Pro, why not on Mini 4 Pro..

Services said me that we wait for calibration software support by DJI, so we can change sensors with that. Otherwise, device won't work as you just said.

I just wait, official calibration software support to change it. Like it is done in Mini 3 Pro.. We will see..

As i said, i change for not to experience problem while selling it or flying in some dangerous places. And why not repairing while i paid for sensors too :)

No, not. Sensor is good of course but not a must for me. I was okey with Mini 2 too. Yes, after my little crash sensor detects non-existed objects in the air sometimes, however it detects real objects well (fortunately). As i know dji assistant doesn’t support M4P for vision sensor calibraton...

I saw the glues, whenever i change sensor i gonna glue it again with special glue, as i remember it is like T-800 or something like this, maybe hot silicon. ı dont know. Thank you again telling your experience. That helped me a lot knowing auto-calibration on air..

This experience is good for me to know. I gonna change only one front sensor. Maybe there will be some incompabilities with other sensors. Aliexpress seller said to me all sensors are same. I just dont want to ruin my whole drone, which i paid high enough. Most of the time i off sensors but i...

Thanks for your contribution. But, some of services said me that whenever you change it, drone won't fly bcs there is no special calibration support like Mini 3, Mavic 2 or similar older drones have as of now. Have you tried it this, i have new sensor but i wait for not to damage the drone..

Not always own repair but sometimes it provides a good money & time savings and improving technical capabilities. In old world, we all were like this. We forget things repairing on our own which is kind of good humanity feature for not to consume sources quickly..

Actually, for example my gimbal damper ruptured, and i could repaired myself with no issue with this method. And i think i can do the same thing with sensor as well. But, i research strictly to not give damage to equipments. If i'm sure enough i repair myself. I'm actually a kind of D.I.Y guy...
