One of the good things about being in stage 4 lockdown and buying a drone has been all the research available and reading forums like this. Will take it easy when we get out but definitely armed with lots of information.

I just bought something on Ebay and an extended plug from remote to phone.

At least it has been put out there now. I'm happy I bought my drone from somewhere reputable and saved a friend lots of heartache.

To my Australian users, have you heard if the above company or had dealings with them. Their quoted prices for DJI drones seem impossibly cheap....Thanks for any feedback.

That looks like a fairly big flight from your backyard. Well done. I'm in lockdown as well but not that confident yet to fly away from home.

Whoops.....I purchased the Mavic Mini Combo. I liked the idea of extra batteries.

I finally took the plunge and purchased a drone that's not a toy...currently under lockdown it has given me a chance to do a lot of reviewing before I venture into the outside world.. I'm happy reading other pilot's experiences which are helping immensely.
