Hi DronCific. I´m experiencing the same troubles like you. SD card is out, so no problem with this. After full download I tried to install data but progress seems to stall everytime at 0%... More than 25 minutes waiting for a small change but nothing... DJI tech support asked me to change USB...

I have had the same problems… I´ve done everything you said but nothing happens. I still read 0% in my SC screen after 1 hour waiting for the download to get installed... What can I do??? I'm getting more and more frustrated because nothings seems to work. Someone knows what DJI say about this...
