Are you connecting the USB C cable at the top of the remote under the antenna or on the bottom of the remote?

Had no luck finding any info on how to hard reset the RC Pro, and no luck with DJI support, who told me "there must be a way to reset it" but told me they don't know exactly how and to please return the product to the store if less than 15 days from purchase 😉
