My brother is using a refurb iPad mini 2 with his phantom 4 pro without any issues. So if you want to save a few bucks then look for a version 2 mini. I'd be surprised if DJI introduced something in their app which would make using a version 2 mini obsolete.

My Mac handles 4K .mov files way better than the .mp4 files from my Hero Session.

Ordered from Apple 12/14 received it 2/1. It was expected sometime between 2/10 and 2/24. Glad it came early.

Just got notice this morning that FedEx will be delivering the Mavic tomorrow. Ordered 12/14, with expected delivery 2/10-2/24. So it's coming earlier than expected even though Apple gave themselves a huge shipping window. Super excited.
