Yes you need to downgrade the drone itself to the fabric version the first fw version. Rc2 can be updated with the latest FW.

No, i don't have because i can't downgrade the RC pro 2 firmware. Forum member Suren have it working, see several messages up for this. I just copy that messages. I have tested it with the latest fw on RC2 and that worked well, even with the Mavic 4.
