I have the same problem. I have the Sony PS4 VR Goggles which are similar and they stay put. DJI really needs to redesign these..

Bill - 1) Thanks for pointing that out :-) Yes - Its Dave - will update my profile. 2) It is certainly a bit concerning....... i'm on the fence now.... i like the BT300 as i could use them when i travel to also watch movies on the plane, etc... also, they are a lot more compact than the DJI...

OK - might have found my answer.... i was connecting to the "main video port" (micro USB on the left side of the MA controller). Apparently, you should connect to the USB port at the bottom of the MA controller. I would presume you can use the same cable that came with the BT300 that is used...
