You mean if the drone is damaged or lost so they can't access it perhaps. If I give DJI access to them in the cloud, can I remove them from the controller if there's a warranty claim or do they disappear from the cloud also then?

I forgot to mention it's a Mavic 4 Pro with a DJI RC Pro 2 controller. Can't they just use the DAT flight logs on the drone if there's a warranty claim?

For privacy reasons I want to delete flight records in the DJI Fly app. Is it a good or bad idea? What happens if I send my drone to service and they can't find any flight records? I assume they check it so maybe they can get an idea of what components need to be replaced because of wear...
