Hi, I bought a second hand mini 2, the guy signed out and and I created my account and start flying with no problem. However, his account still appears on device management and his name on the drone. It says my account is active, but his is still there. Is there a way to remove it? Thanks

Hi! I changed props on my mini 2, but it does not take off, it moves a little to the right only. Drone was working fine before this. It is up to date and calibrated. Do you think they are not properly installed? Thank you
