It comes with a Sony NP-F type batter mount of which you can buy batteries of various capacities. Other battery mounts are available including for Canon LP-E6.

"Airspace authorizations granted through LAANC are valid for 12 hours."
When you submit the request, you include the date and time for the proposed flight. It's usually valid for as long as you requested it, which I believe you can request as much as 12 hours at a time.
Interesting, mine is as fast if not faster than my iPad Air 2 or iPhone 7+ that I was using previously. I suspect yours is having an issue, have you tried to do a factory reset?
As for the range, I fly VLOS so it's a non-issue for me.
Just received mine last week - no issues at all, seems as fast if not faster than my iPad Air 2 or iPhone 7+ I was using previously. Certainly faster than the my old 7.85" ultra-bright Crystal Sky monitor.
I've got a 65gb MicroSD card in it, but no 3rd party applications are installed.
A lot if not all of their current manufacturing is in fact in China. But apparently they have plans to shift some of it over to the US due to tariff implications.. GoPro will move some manufacturing out of China because of Trump’s trade war
