Why would a product get released that is so hard to use?

Not live stream. Only for when we r both out flying together and creating videos of our day trips out. A second pair of eyes works wonders. -

Lost connection - RTH worked, but trying to figure out why it lost connection
DJI released a new firmware update for the battery’s. Make sure u have the current firmware. Hope that fixes your problem.
