lol, I'm sure they patrol the thousands of back country acres in TN looking for people flying quads. I live on two acres that I fly on every week. Ain't going to stop any time soon. I don't have a blatant disregard for the industry, only lying freedom grabbing bureaucrats.

At the very least I hope they leave the under 250g exemption in place. We should all be commenting on that to the FAA. At least that leaves some things untouched like the Mavic Mini and smaller. It's not just DJI, it will devastate the entire RC aircraft hobby industry. Airplanes, helicopters...

I have a mavic 2 zoom but my ipad mini 2 works flawlessly.

I actually have those sitting in my Amazon cart right now. I do like the idea of being able to add floats though. Lots of rivers and lakes where I live. If I ever dumped it it would be nice not to have it sink to the bottom so I can take advantage of my DJI plan if I ever needed to.

Why are the +MD skids for the M2 $86 and for the Pro they are $40. Seems like a bit of a gouge to me. They look nice though.

Where are the files located?

I have an iPad Mini 2 and fly it all the time with my M2Z. No issues. Everything is on the latest version and firmware.

BTW, Chickasaw Trace in Columbia is a great place to fly. Plenty of room, there's even an RC runway there.
