I think you misunderstand, Im using davinci resolve, im not looking for an editor, im looking at how people approach the edit process when they have lots of clips to pick from?

So, Ive been out over 2 days with a shot list and a rough plan of attempting to put together a video, been through them all and discarded the ones that were rubbish or didn't work and am now down to 43 seperate clips! I may have overdone it! So, what's your process that helps you put together...

Hi all, so having made my first video using Davinci Resolve 16 free version I want to add some transitions but am getting nowhere. If you look at this guys youtube at one minute, he drags the transition between the clips and it equally covers both by a set amount but when I try this I cannot get...

indeed, I downloaded a copy of the davinci resolve beta 16 free version and it wont allow me to set transitions :-( Wondering if I should either uninstall and reinstall or uninstall and install an older version.

Especially as I cannot seem to get transitions to work at all. :-(

Thank you Hamid, yes I hadn't thought of tranitions initially but was playing with them a little yesterday afternoon so will have a go :-)

Used davinci resolve and after watching some starter youtube videos only managed this.
